Fan - Sundström SR 500

The Sundström SR 500 is a battery-powered fan unit used as part of the Sundström powered air-purifying respirator system. Combined with approved filters and head tops, the unit supplies filtered air to the user and generates positive pressure that helps prevent contaminants from entering the respiratory protection system. 

The SR 500 is an ideal alternative to conventional filter respirators in environments involving physically demanding work, elevated temperatures, or prolonged wear. The system is compatible with a wide range of Sundström hoods, visors, helmets, half masks, and full face masks.
