Hawser - Tufflex, 8-strand

Tufflex is a durable 8-strand plaited rope made from composite fiber. It is a blend of Supertuf yarn and polyester. This rope is particularly well-suited for the maritime industry due to its additional surface treatment. The rope has a density of 0.99, which means it will float in seawater. A spliced rope will have a 10% lower MBL.
