S-316L.16N is a lime-titania type welding electrode designed for welding stainless steels containing approximately 18% chromium, 12% nickel, and 2% molybdenum. It is particularly suitable for applications in petrochemical processing, textile industries, and other corrosive environments.
The electrode provides excellent usability and weldability, with stable arc characteristics and smooth weld results. It offers strong resistance to intergranular corrosion in the as-welded condition, along with good strength and ductility.
Suitable for use with both AC and DC+ current, making it versatile for fabrication, repair, and maintenance of stainless steel components.
