Polyester

This thixotropic polyester resin is specially formulated for use with fiberglass mat, ensuring excellent handling without sagging. The pre-accelerated formula simplifies mixing and provides an efficient curing process.

Features:

• Thixotropic – reduces sagging and improves control
• Pre-accelerated – easy to use
• Ideal for fiberglass mat reinforcement
• Sandable after approx. 3 hours

Instructions:

• Ensure surface and ambient temperature is between 18–25°C
• Add approx. 2% hardener and mix thoroughly
• Apply resin and place fiberglass mat
• Use a brush or roller to saturate the mat and remove air bubbles
• Repeat until desired thickness is achieved
• Sandable after approx. 3 hours
