The Devold Safe Collar is a lightweight and functional flame-resistant neck protector developed for work environments where protection against heat, flame, arc flash and static electricity is required. Covering the neck and upper shoulder area, it serves as a comfortable protective layer beneath other PPE garments.
Constructed from a rib-knit blend of 50% Lenzing® FR, 40% Merino wool, 8% polyamide and 2% NEGA-STAT®, the collar offers excellent stretch, lightweight comfort and a secure fit. Merino wool provides natural temperature regulation and moisture management, while NEGA-STAT® fibres dissipate electrical charges to help reduce the risk of sparking in explosive or electrically sensitive environments.
As part of the Devold Safe range and the lightest quality within the Devold Protection collection, the collar delivers an excellent balance of protection, comfort and performance. The garment is certified according to EN ISO 11612, EN 61482-2 APC 1 (4 kA) and EN 1149-5.
