The TML 90 R is designed for companies that regularly handle pipes and curved materials. With a prism integrated into the holding surface, it provides a secure grip on round steel and pipes with diameters between 25 mm and 200 mm.
It can be connected to cranes, overhead cranes, or pulley blocks using a safety hook or load loop. Transport with a holding device via forklift is also possible.
Equipped with patented Thin Material Lifting (TML) technology, the TML 90 R develops strong magnetic force even on thin materials from just 1 mm thickness. From 6 mm steel thickness, it delivers a tear-off force of 270 kg with a 3:1 safety factor. The maximum lifting capacity for round steel is 90 kg.
Weighing only 1.8 kg, the TML 90 R is lightweight, portable, and user-friendly. Its practical one-hand operation ensures easy handling, while the TiN-coated magnetic surface provides excellent resistance to wear and damage, guaranteeing a long service life.
