The TML 1000 is the strongest model in the TML series, designed for handling heavy loads with maximum safety and efficiency. Weighing only 18 kg, it is capable of lifting up to 1,000 kg with a material thickness of 12 mm, supported by a 3:1 safety factor.

Equipped with patented Thin Material Lifting (TML) technology, the TML 1000 delivers reliable performance even with thin materials. It achieves a lifting force of 220 kg from a material thickness of just 2 mm.

The magnet’s versatility allows for a wide range of applications, including the safe handling of T-beams without turning or damaging coatings. Its intelligent design enables activation inside the carrier, while the 360° rotating load swivel ensures flexibility and precision during lifting and transport.

As a permanent magnet, the TML 1000 functions independently of a power supply. It can also be customized by securely attaching additional structures, for example, for aligning metal parts.

Built for long-term use, the TML 1000 features a robust construction and a wear-resistant TiN-coated magnetic surface, ensuring durability and resistance to damage in demanding environments.
