The Green Pin® Heavy Duty Bow Shackle BN is a high load capacity shackle equipped with a safety bolt, making it perfect for demanding lifting operations. Suitable for both single-leg and multi-leg setups, the safety bolt prevents accidental pin rotation and unscrewing. Manufactured from alloy steel, Grade 8, quenched and tempered, with a safety factor of MBL = 5 x WLL. The bow is painted silver and the pin green. This product meets a wide range of certifications, including Lloyd’s proofload test for shackles from 150T and above. Available in working load limits from 120 to 1500 tons.
