The Green Pin® Bow Shackle BN (G-4163) is a standard bow shackle equipped with a safety bolt and cotter pin for double protection against accidental unscrewing. Made from high tensile steel (Grade 6), quenched and tempered, with a safety factor of 6 x WLL. The hot-dip galvanized finish ensures superior corrosion resistance. Certified for temperatures from -40 °C to +200 °C and compliant with EN 13889, DNV 2.7-1, CE, ABS, and ASME B30.26. Available in sizes with WLL from 0.5 to 85 tons.
