Mooring buoy - Polyform MR-series
The Polyform MR‑Series is a heavy‑duty, non‑inflatable mooring buoy made from Bacell™ EVA foam – a lightweight, highly buoyant and completely puncture‑proof material. Supplied with a short mooring rod and fully assembled from the factory.

The Polyform® MR‑Series consists of non‑inflatable mooring buoys manufactured from Bacell™, Polyform’s in‑house developed EVA foam material. The 100% closed‑cell structure makes the buoys completely puncture‑proof, ensuring they retain buoyancy and performance even when exposed to cuts, holes or minor surface damage.
MR buoys are supplied with a short mooring rod and delivered fully factory assembled. The rod features a swivel at the lower end, and all metal components are hot‑dip galvanized for maximum durability. The upper rod section and grip ring are coated in dark blue plastic for improved handling and protection.
Available in yellow for high visibility.
Important Notes:
- Only the underwater swivel must be used for mooring or attachment.
- The top grip ring is for handling only.
- All mooring equipment must be inspected for wear at least twice per year.
