Fluid Film Liquid AR

Fluid Film Liquid AR is a lanolin-based corrosion protection soft grease with a consistency between Fluid Film NAS and Gel BN. It is easy to apply using a brush, roller, or airless spray system.

Designed for demanding environments, it is widely used in industrial and marine applications, including ballast tanks. Its thick, durable coating offers excellent resistance against moisture, salt, and mechanical wear.

Typical applications include:

• Protection of wires and steel cables
• Industrial and offshore maintenance
• Aircraft maintenance
• Long-term storage and transport protection

For automotive use: Liquid AR is increasingly used for vehicle underbody protection due to its superior durability compared to thinner products. It is particularly effective in high-wear areas exposed to water and debris, such as wheel arches and vulnerable underbody parts.

Recommended usage:

• Apply NAS first as a penetrating base layer (allow 1–2 months before applying AR)
• Use Liquid AR as a top coat in high-impact areas
• Alternatively, apply AR first followed by NAS
